About Us
This travel agency is the only one of its kind in Tachilek, in fact its the Only one in Tachilek. It was formed with the help of the non-profit organization Zero-Profit. In Tachilek there are only 6 tour guides who can speak English, all of them are free-lance guides who work according to their own schedule and meet their customers as they come over the bridge while crossing the border. Unfortunately though, the bridge is packed with tuk-tuk drivers who bombard the arriving tourists with posters and propositions like 'lady boom-boom', naturally, it is very difficult to differentiate the good guides from among this crowd. Thats why this agency was formed, to give travellers a chance to get off the tourist root and get a chance to see the real side of tachilek.
